The initial set of fall courses is available in Brightspace. ITS is preparing to enable an automated process and the course migration is ongoing. New training guides for faculty are available.
The first batch of fall courses is now available in Brightspace. Business Management and Business Administration courses have not been created yet due to data-related issues that are being addressed. There is a block of additional courses that were not created due to different data issues and ITS is currently investigating. Once corrected, ITS will re-run the course creation process to create the missing courses. An update will be provided as soon as more information becomes available.
Although some students are enrolled in courses, they will not be able to access newly created courses until the official start date of the course. The migration of Moodle courses is ongoing, and by this Friday, the process will migrate courses for faculty whose usernames start with the letter "R."
The initial set of Brightspace training guides is now accessible on the ITS Knowledge Base. This Friday at 12:00 PM, a training session is scheduled covering Intelligent Agents. Another training session is scheduled next week for Release Conditions. ITS is coordinating with D2L to set up more training sessions, and an update about additional training opportunities will be provided soon.
